I believe that blizzard needs to put a 100% ! drop rate, not just on the item in this quest, but on all quest items in the game. Quests like this (we all know it's far from the only one) are extremely boring and a waste of time. I have actually uninstalled wow several times because of idiot quests like this, but since it's so much fun doing instances, I always come back after some time. Maybe the reason for the horrible drop rate in this quest is because its supposed to be challenging?
